Is it bad that this happens a lot to me. My friends normally come to me when they are feeling a little bit down or get into a sticky situation (sometimes) and I always feel as if I overthink and then kinda get depressed for some unknown reason... Is that normal? How do I stop it? I mean it would be pretty mean if I told my friends to stop talking about those things, right ?
