    Pay cash instead of using credit cards or loans.

    In the United States banks send out unsolicited credit card applications to almost anyone. All you have to do is sign the form and they'll send you a card.

    Oh if only EVERYONE could learn and do this one regardless of their pay, position, etc. Including our own governments!
