  3. @Remy: It means there is always a voice in your head that is trying to stop you from trying or achieving success....such as you can't do this, you are no good for this, it is too risky, etc....those are the "critics", or the negative thoughts that we have to silence em....

  6. no, it's just that I think having an inner critic is a good thing! so,even if my inner critic has taken over.. well who cares?? it's not bad... being critic is a GOOD thing.. sure there's such a thing as being over critical, but then again no extremes are good...
