Recalibrate your Reality (via lifehacker.com)

Reality is relative. We create our own version of reality based on our early experiences, the culture we're brought up in and the world view we grow into. And this version is not necessarily the 'real' reality. I came across this really useful article on life hacker and thought I'd share it with you.
Would love to know what you think.

Help Stop Kony. Please.

The THINGS WE FORGET blog is about love and peace. But we have to stand up, show up and speak up when things are awfully wrong – like what's happening to really young and vulnerable children in Uganda.

Kony 2012, named after the infamous leader of terrorist group the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA), is a campaign by humanitarian group Invisible Children that aims to make Joseph Kony famous, "not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice".

Visit the site, watch the video, donate if you can and certainly help spread the word please.

Thanks. Peace, Love.

#827: Share your sorrows and they're halved. Share your joys and they double.

Shaw House, Singapore.

Friends of mine are involved in this lovely project that lends a listening ear to the problems of the young. And I thought I'd help them spread the word around. Take a look at their website here. And the hashtag is #burstthesilence.
